1920Wall Street BombingDeadly explosion strikes New York's financial districtA horse-drawn wagon packed with explosives detonated on Wall Street outside the J.P. Morgan bank, killing 38 people and injuring hundreds. The bombing was never solved, though it was widely attributed to Italian anarchists. It remains the deadliest terrorist attack on US soil until the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.
